Moon Bloodgood claimed in an interview with MTV that the safety conditions were terrible and people routinely got injured in accidents. She claimed to have seen an actor accidentally got stabbed during the filming of a certain scene. Karl Urban backed Bloodgood's claims, stating that at least 13 crew members got injured filming the cave scenes. Urban said he himself was constantly injured due to weather conditions.
