Reese Witherspoon has denied appearing in any further sequels beyond her first sequel Una bionda in carriera (2003), after having had an unpleasant time being a part of it. That was the only sequel movie she appeared in up until Sing 2 - Sempre più forte (2021), which is a likely reason as to why this movie never became a franchise.
