Raj (Kunal Nayyar) says that Spock had a date every seven years. He is referring to Pon Farr, the Vulcan mating cycle that occurs every seven years. Vulcans must mate in the time of Pon Farr, otherwise they will die, so Spock has a mandatory hook-up every seven years.
