At the end of the movie, Fiona will accept Shrek's offer to remain humans and kiss him before midnight strikes and Harold will not get turned into a frog by the Fairy Godmother. But in the final cut, Andrew Adamson suggests that the movie's ending was changed with Fiona and Shrek turning back into ogres and Harold turned into a frog.
