When Bone (Michael Jai White) reveals his intentions to Angela, she asks if he's her "White Knight." Bone jokingly exclaims, "I don't know about... 'White' Knight." This of course, references the fact that Bone is Black; making him her "Dark Knight." One year prior to making this film, Michael Jai White portrayed the Mob boss Gambol in the film "Dark Knight."
