George mentions that one change in basketball he would like is if the ball goes into the basket off another guy's head, it would be 25 points. About a decade later, MTV Rock n Jock Basketball would have a 25 point basket come out in the final 1 or 2 minutes, but it would be up about 20 feet in the air, and did not require the ball to bounce off another player for the points.
