Easter Egg! At precisely 37:20, during the fight scene following MolotovGirl stealing the video clip, Blue Shirt Guy is kicked out of the way of a swinging axe. When you briefly see him sliding away towards the car and wall, you can see a large Easter Egg behind him up against the wall. This is a nod/reference to video game developers in real life leaving undocumented/unexpected/secret jokes or bonuses in the games they make.
