The associate producer and production coordinator sit in a long conference table across from a padded wall with all of the games and prizes laid out which gives an overview of an entire week's worth of shows in one glance. The associate producer goes into a computer database and assigns prizes to all the games and "One Bids" choosing what goes where. A One Bid needs to be paired according to the game that follows it. For instance, you can't put a sailboat in a One Bid if the game right after it takes up so much space that there's no room for both of them on the stage, or one might block the other at some point. Another consideration is that prize scheduling directly involves plugging numbers into games in various ways that affect the whole playing of the game.
