Chuck Zito, who is a former 25 year member of the Hells Angels, was suing FX , saying they stole his idea after a meeting he had with FX President and V. President who later decline to do a motorcycle series. A year later they were in production with Sons of Anarchy. Zito went to court after a two year battle, lost summary judgment. Kurt Sutter hired Chuck to play Frankie Diamonds in the fifth season of Sons of Anarchy as a New York Nomad member who transfers to Charming.
