Will Smith and Charlie Tahan have worked in DC related material. Smith played Floyd Lawton a.k.a. Deadshot in Suicide Squad (2016) and Tahan played a young Jonathan Crane a.k.a. The Scarecrow on Gotham (2014), which featured Jada Pinkett Smith, Will's wife. Screenwriter for this movie Akiva Goldsman was also the screenwriter for Batman & Robin (1997).
