The set for the popular skits featuring Mr. Tudball and Mrs. Wiggins was an exact copy of a 1940 painting called Office at Night by the popular artist Edward Hopper. The set designer reproduced the painting, from the placement of the office furniture, to the wainscoting on the wall.
