Starting with the Umbara arc in season four, the Clone Troopers wear Phase Two helmets and armor (as seen in Star Wars: Episodio III - La vendetta dei Sith (2005)). Captain Rex is an exception, as he still wears his Phase One helmet with the Phase Two chin piece welded onto it. The weld-marks are visible in close-ups.
