For the lengthy stunt preparation meeting in the morning of the filming of the film's climactic car crash scene which occurs at the end of a high speed car chase, the entire crew and some of the cast gathered in the dining room of the Standpipe Golf Motor Inn at the country town of Port Augusta in South Australia, which served not only as the dining room but production office and accommodation quarters as well.
