The gates of the factory were offered to the Roald Dahl Museum in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire after filming wrapped. However, due to their sheer size, the museum had to turn this offer down. Warner Bros. therefore commissioned a smaller set of replica gates to be made and donated them to the museum to use.
