Sometime in 2002 or 2003, NBC decided to give a lecture or presentation to the cast about sexual harassment and appropriate behavior in the workplace. During the seminar, allegedly, according to reports from the cast on Ellen: The Ellen DeGeneres Show (2003), Sean Hayes suddenly stripped off all his clothes and ran streaking through the auditorium, to the horror and hilarity of the rest of the cast.
