Agent Stone's coffee shop is named the Mean Bean, after the Sonic game Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (1993). When he converts the coffee shop into a Supervillain Lair after reuniting with Robotnik, a large screen shows the Eggman Empire insignia from the more recent games.
