When Neo is talking to Tiffany on the coffee shop, he looks down and her reflection is of a blonde hair woman with longer hair. When Neo is speaking to his counselor (Neil Patrick Harris character) the camera pans across the first window and it's a city scene. The 2nd window is a mountain scene, a glitch in the Matrix.
