During the summer of 2009, Klebanoff was instructed to re-write some portions of the script to accommodate the fact that some of the Korean scenes had not been filmed and now needed to be filmed in Canada and critically, the script needed to reflect the new budget of $3 million for the Canadian portion of filming. Producers specifically informed Klebanoff that budget for the new script for the Canadian portion of filming could not, under any circumstances, exceed $3 million. Klebanoff repeatedly informed producers that the picture could be completed in Canada with a budget of $3 million and that he would re write the script to ensure the same. Even though it was Mr. Klebanoff's own gross incompetence and disorganized and erratic manner of approaching production to date that had caused most of the filming that had taken place in Korea to be useless, he now wanted to hold up the production and extort another $35,000 out of the budget for the re-write which his own prior gross incompetence had claimed to be necessary.
