In the scene where The Gingerbread Man, Pinocchio, the Big Bad Wolf, the Three Blind Mice, and the Three Little Pigs are shocked into silence after seeing Shrek captured on "Knights", the positions of the Three Little Pigs resemble those of the Three Wise Monkeys (see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil) - the little pig with the yellow baseball cap has his hooves over his eyes, the little pig with the train engineer's hat has his hooves over his ears, and the little pig with the straw hat has his hooves over his mouth.
