In the closing gag Froggy is asked to give a short speech about child safety over the radio, but his voice keeps blowing out the microphones. He finally gets the job done by delivering it in a higher-pitched "falsetto". This was in fact Billy 'Froggy' Laughlin's real speaking voice, the only time it was used in the "Our Gang" shorts.
