Near the beginning of the film, Detective Loki finds Alex Jones in his camper at a rest stop. After Alex floors the gas and crashes his RV into a tree, he is taken into custody. When officers return to the scene, in the background of the shot, we can see a billboard that advertises knee surgery, stating: "Aching Knee? We can restore it." Near the climax of the film, Holly Jones shoots Keller Dover in the left knee before he is forced to jump into the pit in her yard.
