Alexis deliberately mispronounces Sable's name as "Sybil" as a way of insulting and discrediting her. She also sometimes calls Krystle "Kristen", and she calls Sammy Jo "Sammy Jean", as well as addressing her sister Caress (nee Cassandra) as "Cassie", knowing fully well her sister loathes that name.
