During the in-flight emergency, pilot Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger (Tom Hanks) asks his co-pilot Jeff Skiles (Aaron Eckhart) to "get the Q.R.H." The Quick Reference Handbook (Q.R.H.) contains all of the procedures applicable for abnormal and emergency conditions in an easy-to-use format. In addition, performance data corrections are also provided for specific conditions. The aviation acronym "Q.R.H." is never explained or defined anywhere in this film.
