Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor) is portrayed as a former child star who has struggled with early fame, manipulation by show business executives (and her own mother), substance abuse, and trying to find herself as an adult. Ironically, Marvel Studios is owned by Disney, which has produced many child actors whose careers followed a similar path (Tommy Kirk, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, etc).
