The character played by Lance Henriksen, Charles Bishop Weyland, is the CEO of Weyland Industries. This is assumed to be the precursor to the Weyland-Yutani Corporation, the nefarious "company" referred to in the 'Alien' movies. In the continuity of the AvP movies, he was originally meant to be the "ancestor" of the Bishop Android from Aliens - Scontro finale (1986) and Alien³ (1992), who were also played by Henriksen. In his office on the ship, he does the same pen trick with his hand as the Bishop Android did with a knife in Aliens - Scontro finale (1986). Although both AvP movies were later decanonized as prequels to the Alien series, it remains possible that the Predator universe has its own separate versions of the Aliens and the Weyland-Yutani Company.
