Bungie, the creators of the Halo franchise upon which Red Vs Blue is based, like the series so much that they included features in later games to make it easier to film machinima and even brought the cast in to record some easter eggs in Halo 3 (in an early level, if you take a detour from the action, you can find a soldier arguing with someone on the other side of a door. These characters are voiced by the RvB cast and their dialogue and actors change depending on the difficulty level).
