The movie features scenes with Doc, Biff and Jennifer interacting with younger/older versions of themselves. In the interactions between older and younger Doc, and between the older and younger Biff, only the older versions are aware of the younger versions' identities, and the younger versions don't recognize their older counterparts. On the other hand, in the encounter between the older and younger Jennifer, both versions recognize each other's identities.
