The armored SWAT vehicle that smashes cars on the Strip was a lighter mock-up of the Real McCoy outfitted with a ramp on the front obscured from camera view to help launch vehicles upwards as it plowed through them. A real SWAT vehicle would also have no problem mincing sedans like a meat cleaver but at several tonnes of weight is too heavy to compete with the speed of a Dodge Charger.
