Which of the two killers was active and/or committed which murders can be figured out if paying close attention to Richie and Amber's whereabouts in the film: Tara's Attack - Both killers were active during this attack, with Amber recording a video of herself and presenting it as live feed to trick Tara, while Ghostface harassed her with the calls. As for who attacked her, it's up for interpretation. Richie likely made the phone calls, which would mean that Amber attacked Tara.Vince Schneider - This was Amber, as she knew that Vince was Stu's nephew and was at the bar with her friends when he was killed. Richie was at the hospital with Sam and Tara still.Samantha's Hospital Attack - Richie, as he was keeping Tara company in the hospital, and could have easily slipped away if Tara fell asleep at some point.Judy and Wes Hicks - Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett confirmed that both killers were active during their deaths, but as for who killed who, it is up in the air. After the murders, Amber would have to go to the hospital to attack Tara while Richie returned to the hotel so that Sam can send him to the hospital to check on Tara. One killer would need to be at the hospital to attack Tara, while the other stayed behind to kill Wes after being handed the keys by the other killer. Amber likely killed Judy, while Richie killed Wes.Deputy Clay and Dewey Riley - Amber killed them both, as Richie was present as a supposed innocent bystander. This has been a source of criticism for fans and viewers, since Amber is played by the petite Mikey Madison and was somehow able to overpower two grown men twice her body mass (not even mentioning that the stuntman in the Ghostface costume is obviously a grown man), and shake off having been shot several times even with a bullet proof vest, as she still would have felt the force of the impact.Chad's Attack - Amber, as Richie was still driving Sam and Tara to her house and by the time they arrived, the attack had been finished.Mindy's Attack - Richie, as Amber was upstairs helping Tara look for an inhaler while Richie excused himself to go to the basement, giving him ample time to get into costume.Liv McKenzie - Amber kills her onscreen.If Amber actually killed both Judy and Wes, and not just one of them, then that would make Richie the only Ghostface in the entire series not to have a kill count.
