Dr Guido Tersilli's "Villa Celeste" is located at Via Aurelia 559, Rome, Italy. It was a medical building and just completed around the time of filming in 1969. It is now a private nursing home called PIO XI. The exterior of the building has been modified since and looks different than the one shown in the film.
