While absorbing the Master Emerald, Robotnik exclaims "Chaos is power!", which is part of Tikal's prayer. He conveniently leaves out the part that this power is "enriched by the heart", something that Sonic thematically uses when becoming Super Sonic to save Tom and Maddie.
