Director Scott Cooper's first film foray into the world of the supernatural. He credits Mahan and the crews at Legacy Effects and LSFX for helping him. "It certainly was a team effort." Cooper talks about how challenging the show was. "It was really quite a difficult show for a number of reasons. Tough material, working with younger actors who aren't actors and who don't at times know the difference between reality and make-believe. And, of course, you inject in a creature that's both practical and hybrid and in difficult shooting conditions. That was difficult. I thank Shane and all the gang at Legacy and LSFX for really helping me, as a neophyte in my first immersion into the supernatural."
