Sugar Bates (Frankie Faison) owns and operates The Forge, a bar and grill in Banshee. Sugar is rarely seen without his signature porkpie hat atop his head, including when he tends his bar. However, longtime superstition says a bartender should never wear a hat while behind the bar; if they do, they must buy a round for the house.
