As Auggie first visits Beecher Preparatory Middle School and tours the building with Will, Julian, and Charlotte, at 0:08:11, Julian says, "So, the science elective is supposed to be really hard," which the subtitles show as "So, the science elective is supposedly really hard" because at 0:09:48, after Jack does say "supposably," Auggie is going to correct him saying the word that needs to be used is "supposedly." Actually, supposably is a legitimate construct of "supposable" (spellcheck notwithstanding) synonymous with "conceivable," but the meaning changes: Julian did not mean to say, "The science elective is conceivably really hard."
