According to the film's DVD audio commentary, writer and director Paul W.S. Anderson stated that the 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS that Natalie Martinez's character of Case was driving at the end of it was the exact same car that Vin Diesel's character of Dominic Toretto was driving in the film Fast & Furious - Solo parti originali (2009), albeit in a different color.
