The Russo Brothers confirmed that the characters Betty Ross, Bruce Banner's ex-girlfriend from L'incredibile Hulk (2008), Lady Sif from Thor (2011) and Thor: The Dark World (2013), the actor portraying Loki in Thor: Ragnarok (2017), and the man playing Galaga from The Avengers (2012) were among the casualties who were killed by Thanos' finger snap. Not depicted in the movie but inferred from later films are: Shuri, Dr. Eric Selvig, Hank Pym and Hope van Dyne, Sharon Carter, Jane Foster (Thor's ex), Thaddeus 'Thunderbolt' Ross, Hawkeye's family, and Spiderman's associates Ned, Michelle 'MJ' Jones, Betty Brand, Flash Thompson and Aunt May. The original script also mentioned Wong (Stephen Strange's associate) as one of the disappeared, but this was later changed.
