(at around 18 mins) Early on in the film Deadpool removed a floorboard in Blind Al's house to grab one of two bags of cocaine which is next to something labeled "cure for blindness". This is a reference to the first film in which Deadpool tells Blind Al he has hidden 116 kilos of cocaine somewhere in her house right next to the cure for blindness.
