Zachery Ty Bryan (Clay), who races Sean at the beginning of the movie played Brad Taylor in the TV sitcom, Quell'uragano di papà (1991), alongside Tim Allen. Throughout the show Brad became quite the car buff as he and Tim restore a '46 Ford Convertible Hot Rod and a '33 Ford Roadster. Brad is also gifted an '88 Mustang from his parents in the last season.
