Rob Zombie was against the idea of actors from the previous films, with the exception of Danielle Harris, who played the character Jamie Lloyd in Halloween 4 - Il ritorno di Michael Myers (1988) and Halloween 5 - La vendetta di Michael Myers (1989), but Harris revealed in a 2013 interview that producers didn't reach out to her. She heard about the role at a horror convention and her agent had to go to great lengths just to get her in for an audition. Then the former Disney and Nickelodeon child actor admitted the main reason she was cast was she agreed to film the very lengthy chase scene while naked, something she had never done before.
