There are three clues in the film that Luke and Leia are siblings. On Hoth, Leia looks lost in thought when the doors of the hidden rebel base close on Hoth, implying she is thinking of Luke, Yoda saying to Kenobi there is 'another' after the latter claims Luke Skywalker was their last hope which turns out to be Leia as revealed in ROTJ and Leia sensing Luke's presence presumably through the Force in Bespin. Leia even claims to Luke in ROTJ she had always known she was his sister.
