When Colonel Daniels and General Ford are arguing in Ford's office about sending Daniels to Cedar Creek, Daniels asks "tell me who I'm talking to, USAMRIID, the Pentagon, Dugway, the C.I.A."... Dugway proving grounds is an Army facility that tests chemical and biological weapons. His mention of it foreshadows the upcoming discovery that Motaba was developed as a biological weapon by the army in the film.
