A storm swell approaches New York City, hitting the Statue of Liberty's heels. The statue is 305 feet (93 meters) high from pedestal to torch, the right arm is 42 feet (almost 13 meters) high, and Liberty Island is 21 feet (seven meters) high. That means the storm swell was 280 feet (85 meters) high.
