There's a notable scene in the trailer that's missing in the film involving Madeline, Helen, and Toni. In an effort to fake his own death in order to get away from Madeline and Helen, Ernest, with the help of Toni, tricked them by Toni acting distraught over his "death". Surprised, Helen then exclaims, "He's dead? Ernest is dead?! Everybody's dead!!!"
