The only scene in the entire trilogy where Bilbo and Azog directly interact with each other is after Thorin's attempt to kill Azog outside of the Goblin Kingdom on the cliff and Azog knocks him unconscious, tries to have him beheaded, and Bilbo stops Azog's lieutenant from doing so.
