Both J.K. Simmons and Miles Teller have appeared in superhero films produced based on Marvel Comics. Simmons was cast as J. Jonah Jameson in the Spider-Man trilogy (2002-07) and in Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and Teller appeared as Mr. Fantastic/Reed Richards in Fantastic Four (2015).
