Had "Angel" been renewed for a sixth season: -Wesley would have been resurrected at some point in the season. -Gunn would have been a vampire and a secondary villain. -Angel would have been human. -Fred/Illirya would have been split into two characters. All of these came to fruition in the comic book continuations of both this series and Buffy l'ammazzavampiri (1997).
