Alma says "Such a fine young man with our perfect Isabela". During this, Alma removes the one "imperfect" white flower that pops out among the other pink ones on Isabela's head. Alma does this when she says "perfect" reflecting how she is trying to keep earning the miracle. This also shows Isabela's façade of perfection breaking for a moment.
