This short, "Tot Watchers", was produced in 1957 but didn't release until 1958 after the original MGM cartoon studio shut down in 1957 due to the rise of television animation during the Golden Age. This was ironic when the animators were forced when they moved from film theaters to television due to budget cuts before the short released.
