In the scene where CZJ is in the apartment with Rusty, she stands next to the table where Rusty threw the photos next to his phone a little earlier. When stood there, even if she has already stolen his phone, the photos would still be there and they are not. These are photos SHE gave him, so they wouldn't have been hidden before she came in.
