Julius Caesar likely never participated in the 3rd Servile War, and was most definitely not Crassus' second-in-command, nor did he ever infiltrate the rebels. His entire character and arc are completely fictional and likely only included because of his name and notoriety and to help set up the Roman Triumvirate between him, Crassus, and Pompey.
